SHIT! What a tough day, who the hell would have the pleasure of having legs and bones that sore to the core, jeez... Well, I just came home from CAT training today and I'm totally pooped out, and its only 4:10pm. You'd probably wonder why my legs sore like hell, I'll take it from the top, which started yesterday.
Yesterday was the so-called ACQUAINTANCE PARTY gone FRIENDSHIP DAY, an occasion for us Paulinian Seniors where we literally buy Freshmen for auction. Mine cost P450, but it was worth it, my neophyte's (term for the freshmen as the seniors are called masters) name is Razel, the Student Year Level Coordinator of her batch. She never gave me a hard time so I guess she was definitely worth it.
During the program, our club, the Communication Arts Society performed a special number for the students as we danced to the tune "Let's Get Loud". Happy to say it was a crowd favorite coz our moderator, Mr. Henry Cordero danced with us. Thats where my legs started aching, kung baga bigay todo ako sa sayaw, yan tuloy...
But I enjoyed it nevertheless. Next was our neophyte's dance number which was "We're All In This Together", another High School Musical Song, what can I say, its my favorite movie. But the performance however ended up as a complete disaster, but I didn't blame my neophyte, kulang kasi kami sa practice eh, higpit kasi ng schedules namin pareho.
Next day, which is today, duh... We had our training, I was at school by 5:15am together with Coleen coz she usually hitches a ride with me, we we're the first ones there, coz normally we start at 7am and the tryouts to become rangers were 6am. At around 6am, we started the tryouts, we went for a 10-round jog which I didn't survive coz I only reached for, the school is so damn wide so who wouldn't get tired?? Afterwards, the commander responsible told us, "Thanks for trying na lang." Nasayang lang yung pagod ko, or so I thought. we we're given a second chance, the condition was to do as many sit-ups and push-ups as possible, both of mine we're above 20.
My legs ached even more, damn these stupid legs. At least I survived the training for the rest of the day. We basically cleaned classrooms, made cheers, did lectures, blah blah blah, the usual stuff. Afterwards was our mini-olympics, for basketball and volleyball, but basketball was first. Just as expected, our platoon lost basketball coz we ain't got that much good players which was kinda disappointing, but I knew the other guys did their best. And thats how my day ended.
Oh yeah, by the way, I'm happy to say that we have a big chance to perform "Bop to the Top" during English month, yehey! Coleen accepted her role as Sharpay to the said musical presentation so watch out for that. All we need is to go under the process of approval, but I know we can make it.
